What will be your main functions?
Design and execution of online and offline marketing strategy.
Plan, manage and optimize offline recruitment channels: radio and TV campaigns, outdoor, press, etc.
Planning, managing and optimizing online recruitment channelsGoogle Ads, Facebook Ads and other digital channels.
Develop growth strategies through analysis of business models, technology, markets and tools that impact our metrics.
Devising experiments constantly in order to improve our web site's attraction metrics.
Perform statistical analysis Because what cannot be measured, cannot be improved!
Keeping an open mind to continue to explore different ways of conducting campaigns, such as television.

You have experience in managing offline campaigns and are able to attribute conversions and calculate acquisition costs.
You have experience in manage online campaigns (self-managed or through an agency) and you are able to supervise their operation.
Do you have experience in the data analysis through different tools (Excel, Google Analytics, Google Optimize...) who are our best allies
You have a entrepreneurial spirit to understand our customers through empathy and knowledge of the business and the product.
